今年の後半に、料金体系はかわるそうで
Paidは月額 9 $　が必要になり。　SLAが 99.95とか
ストレージは、HRDになり 0.24$かな
もう少ししたら今の状況で新しい料金体系になったらいくらかサンプルが出るようです。

appengine SDK 1.5.0もリリースされましたね。
