詳細は読んでないのでわかりませんが。
フランス人の睡眠時間 8.8時間だそうで
でも日没遅くて９時くらいでも昼間のようだけど
でも眠いのかな？
年齢や職業でかなり変わるだろうけど
都心のサラリーマンだけ比べたらどこも大差ないのかな？と思う。

日本人は健康だそうですが、自己申告では健康でないそうで
兎に角ネガティブ。
